I (43, f) am looking for a nice roommate for my beautiful, bright, quiet, and green 3-room apartment in Zollikerberg. The apartment is cozy and has a great balcony. The room for rent is bright and has parquet flooring (currently used as an office in the photo). Bus 91 is right outside the door. 5 minutes walk to the Forchbahn stop Zollikerberg (S18). Various shopping options within walking/cycling distance. Only non-smokers.
