Single room for rent - 8102 Oberengstringen

As I will soon be doing military service, I am renting out my room for 9 to 10 months.
The apartment is located in Oberengstringen, right on the border with Höngg. By bus, you are in Altstetten in about 10 minutes.

The room remains furnished. My books, clothes and plants will be taken care of during my absence.
My roommate's name is Klaus. He is 43 years old, very independent, doesn't make noise and respects privacy. The use of the toilet and kitchen is coordinated informally – this has always worked very well.

The apartment was renovated a few years ago, is in great condition and is located in a quiet, well-connected area. The room is ideal for students or young professionals looking for a straightforward and pleasant living situation.
