My roommate has a Labrador and I also have a female dog, so hopefully, you are not allergic ;) My dog will be away with me, but the Labrador would still be in the apartment. We are looking for a working flatshare and not students, to narrow down the age difference a bit. We are both veterinary doctors, and I am taking a break from traveling and looking for a subtenant for this time. I might extend my stay and give up the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator - but stairs are not that bad. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Bathtub available. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement. Fiber optic Wi-Fi.
There is no separate living room. The room will be handed over furnished, and I will clear out all my personal belongings then :)
