The room is fully furnished (can be discussed if you want to bring your own furniture) in a 4.5 rooms flat (110 m2). It is a shared flat for 3 people. The flat is on the ground floor of a 2017 building and is very bright. It is calm, very spacious and well isolated. It has 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bathtub), a big and fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room and a balcony. We have unlimited access to a washing machine / dryer, drying room and a large underground space to park bikes. It is very well connected: 2 mins away from Berninaplatz (Tram 10 / 14), 2 stops away from Oerlikon Bahnhof, and 15 mins to Zurich HB. Many grocery stores are 5 mins away on foot.

The room is available on July 1st. and the rent is all inclusive (fiber internet, electricity, water, heating, taxes, etc.)

We are Matthieu (35yo French) and Sergio (29yo Italian). We are looking for a clean and easygoing person who is willing to add her or his part to the good mood here at home. Someone who enjoys doing stuff together, but who can also respect other people's space. Humor and enthusiasm, a green thumb, and care for recycling are optional but very appreciated :)
