We are renting 1 room (1150) to one person in a shared apartment in Zurich for subletting 8057 Waldgartenweg.

The room is rented furnished.

In the apartment, there is a roommate with a dog, so one should not have a pet hair allergy or aversion to dogs 😊

We are looking for you, uncomplicated, quiet, no party flat 😊 and between 27-45 years old.

It is only a 4-minute walk to tram 9 and 7 as well as bus 75.
The apartment is very centrally located near the animal hospital and beautifully on the edge of the forest, but you can still quickly get to Zurich City or Oerlikon.

The rent for 1 room as well as shared use of the already furnished kitchen is 1150CHF.

A deposit for the furniture and apartment must be provided, and a household insurance and liability insurance extract from the debt collection register must be presented.

The apartment will initially be rented for a limited time, and if everything fits, it will of course be extended.
