Here are the details:

• Start of rental: Immediately
• Rent: 1,190 CHF per month for the larger room, plus 100 CHF additional costs/month.
• Shared facilities: 1 x large living room, 1 x large balcony for relaxing, a large kitchen, and two bathrooms.

Important:
We are preferably looking for students.

Furnishing:
If you would like your room furnished, we are happy to do that for you. The furnishing would cost a one-time fee of 850 CHF.

And now about you and what you should fulfill:

• Preferably a student.
• Aged between 18 and 30 years
• You are either a student or already in the workforce
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, at least have the B residence permit
