Single room for rent - 8051 Zürich

I am planning to leave my room in a shared apartment. The girl who lives there is lovely and she has a full time job. I am moving away because i will be moving in with a dear friend who just moved to Zurich. But the apartment is lovely and so is the landlord, so I really care about leaving it to someone good and nice!

The area is Shawemendingen. The tram 7 or 9 is a 5 min walk and takes you to the center in 25 minutes.

The apartment is spacious, it also has a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch or host dinners with friends in summer!

It's on the second and last floor but the building is elevated so you are actually very high above from the road.

Migros and Coop are an 8 min walk from the apartment.

The availability is TBD because I am still looking / applying for apartments, technically i would say from mid June / beginning of July it could work.

Price: 1145 CHF per month, excluding utilities (25chf for wifi and 15chf every 3 months for electricity/gas).

I am selling the furniture with it - price to be discussed.
