Hey there, future flatmate!
I'm looking for someone to sub-rent a 14m² bedroom in my cozy 85m² flat starting July 1st. Location: Hubertus!

A bit about me:
I'm 29 (F), French, working in account management, and pretty normal Monday to Friday (emails, meetings, existential dread, you know the vibe).
I do home-office twice a week, and I travel sometimes on weekends, but when I'm home, I love doing some sport, chilling on the couch, sharing a homemade dinner, preferably with some good tunes in the background.

A few facts about the flat life:

• Music is part of the package. I love having it playing in the background (no techno at 2 a.m., I promise – unless that's your thing?)
• I enjoy occasional dinner with friends, or apéro on the balcony in summer
• The flat is fully furnished, except your room, so bring your own bed/vibe/decor
• We've got a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and even extra storage space in the basement

I'm looking for someone:

• Around my age (ideally between 26–33)
• Could be male or female – good vibes > gender
• Quiet-ish but fun, someone who can enjoy a quiet evening but also knows how to laugh
• Clean and respectful, but not militant about it (if you name your hummus, this might not be your place)

Rent is CHF 1,650 / month, utilities included (except internet)
