I (Karin) am a mediator, surfer, and passionate baker (there's always good bread and coffee at home) am looking for a female flatmate. I am renting out a room (approx. 12m²) in my 4.5-room flat (106m²) in Zürich Wipkingen. Just 3 minutes to the main station, 7 minutes to the airport, and 100 m to the Limmat river – central yet ideal for a swim, a breather, or a jog.
We'll share bathroom and kitchen. I enjoy open and easygoing living, like a good chat but also value my own space – especially since I work from home a lot and need quiet to focus.
Perfect for weekly commuters or temporary stays. Non-smoking household, no dogs or cats. Available from June/July or by arrangement. Rent: CHF 1,500 - if you're a commuter and not around on weekends CHF 1,200.
