I am looking for an uncomplicated person who wants to rent a room in Sursee, e.g. as a student, weekly resident, staff of SPZ Nottwil (doctors, caregivers, etc.) or as a business person traveling. Living together should be uncomplicated, considerate, and natural. I am a computer scientist (39), versatile engaged, speak German and English.

The room is about 12 m² in size and already furnished. It is bright, has a wardrobe & chest of drawers to store personal items. Right next to the room is a private toilet with shower. The apartment is very centrally located near the train station, public transport, Surseepark shopping center, schools, restaurants, and recreational areas like forest and lake.

The kitchen, dining-living room & laundry room are available for shared use. In addition, a sunny balcony with morning & evening sun invites you to linger. The room and the common areas are smoke-free. The rent includes the usual additional costs including internet connection & WLAN. If desired, a parking space can be rented for an additional fee by arrangement.
