The single-family house is located in a quiet neighborhood (cul-de-sac, directly adjacent to the agricultural zone) and is only a few minutes from the bus stop <<Chliäbnet>>. With the bus or bicycle, you can quickly reach the city center of Lucerne. The surrounding places such as Meggen, Küssnacht am Rigi, Meierskappel, Rotkreuz, Zug, Ebikon, Emmenbrücke, Udligenswil, Root, and Gisikon are also easily accessible.

The room is 10 m² in size. The house is situated on a generous plot with a beautiful garden. It has several bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a TV corner in the gallery, and a modern kitchen with two large refrigerators. The additional costs are flat-rate and include heating, electricity, water, radio and TV fees, as well as cable internet (no Wi-Fi).

The WG consists of four people: Sofie (34), Olaf (33), and a couple (Jasmin (32) and Nicolai (34)), who will soon be moving out, freeing up two rooms. Additionally, there is a separate apartment in the house, which is occupied by Mayura and Armin, with whom there is a lively exchange.

Here you can find peace, let your creativity run free, and enjoy the beautiful nature. The WG is not a purpose-driven WG. We value genuine interest in the well-being of the housemates. Joint activities such as cooking, barbecuing, game or movie nights are welcome, but not a must. It would be nice if opportunities for such activities arise from time to time.

We are looking for a person who knows what it means to live in a WG, to actively contribute, to communicate openly, and who values harmony, a well-kept home, and good coexistence. It would also be nice if you are a non-smoker and can cope with the fact that while we love animals, we do not want any pets in our premises.
