Single room for rent - 6023 Rothenburg

Looking for a female roommate to share a spacious 2 room apartment. Preferably student (students of the Hochschule-University of Lucerne have priority). The room is available until August 31st.

The room is small but cozy and has a bed. The common areas are spacious and very bright. We will share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood is very friendly and beautiful, close to the bus stop Eschenbachstrasse (5 min) and Kapf station (10 min).

I am a 35 year old woman. I am studying my Master at the University of Lucerne and would like to rent this room until I finish my studies. Because I work 60% and the rest of the time I am usually studying at the university I am hardly ever at home. I am very easy going, friendly, quiet and relaxed. I am looking for a roommate who is also friendly, responsible, does not mind sharing the chores and maybe someone who enjoys delicious South American food :)
