Single room for rent - 6005 Luzern

I am looking for a subtenant for a free room in my 3-room apartment. (2-person shared apartment)

The apartment is in good condition in a somewhat older building near the Eisfeld Luzern ice rink. I will give you the exact address in a second step.

There is no parking available and larger pets (dogs, cats) are not allowed.

The apartment is well located:

Luzern train station: 10" by bus
goodly frequented bus stop: 2"
Migros: 5" on foot
Lake: 5" on foot

I (m, 30) am a rather quiet and introverted person who works and is therefore rarely at home during the day. Otherwise, I spend a lot of time in nature or doing sports. When I'm at home, I prefer to keep things quiet.

About you:
You should be around my age and be able to speak German.
Otherwise, it is important to me that you are a reliable, tidy and respectful person who, like me, wants harmonious cohabitation.
