Bright 22m² room in a central 3.5 room shared apartment in 6003 Lucerne.

A large, bright room (22m²) will become available in our 3.5-room apartment from May 1st, 2025.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, centrally located and just a few minutes' walk from public transport and shops.

You would share the apartment with me and another female roommate.
However, the current third roommate (f) will move out at the end of June, and the room will then be taken over by another person.

About me:

I am a quiet and open woman (early 30s) and am looking for a female roommate between 20 and 40 years old who appreciates shared apartment living with mutual respect and cleanliness.
It is important that the shared apartment is not just a utilitarian shared apartment – cooking together, having tea or coffee, or simply a friendly togetherness are important to me.

Rent:

• 500 CHF/month, incl.
utilities, internet and Serafe

• Deposit: 3 months' rent (1500 CHF)

Move-in date: May 1st, 2025

Minimum rental period: 1 year

→ An extension of the sublet contract is possible by mutual agreement.
