Single room for rent - 9000 St. Gallen, Ruhsitzstrasse 6

The room can be occupied from mid-May (15.05.2025) and is limited in time. The move-out date is between the end of June and the end of July 2025, we are a bit flexible.

The room is about 12 square meters and can be taken over partially furnished. It is equipped with a chest of drawers, a desk, a shelf, a ceiling lamp, and a bed frame. You only need a mattress. The room is in a quiet location in St. Gallen and offers enough space for one person. On the floor plan, the free room is marked as bedroom 3. It is located between the bathroom and the living room.
We have our own basement compartment, as well as an attic. In the basement, there is a washing machine that we share with two other units (but it works very well).

Nearby there are:
- Bus stop (Ruhsitz) directly in front of the house
- Main train station St. Gallen
- Shopping facilities
- University of St. Gallen

We are: Nico (22), Lea (22), and Dominik (20). You would live with Lea and Dominik. They are both doing the ISME in St. Gallen. Dominik is also doing an internship at a special education school. Both are very loving and funny people who are up for fun, but also enjoy their peace. A well-kept home is important to us, where everyone feels comfortable and at home.

We are looking for: A young, friendly person who will take my room for about 1.5 to 2.5 months. I am doing an internship in Canada, which is why my two roommates are looking for a third person for our shared apartment during this time. You should value order, cleanliness, and harmonious living together. Also, you should be around our age (18-25). The move-out date can also be in July, as we are a bit flexible in terms of time if you need a place to stay for a longer period :)
