We, Tina and Dani, are looking for a cheerful, uncomplicated, open roommate who can keep some order in the shared spaces and leaves the kitchen and toilet clean. We are both cheerful people and almost always in a good mood, we love being in nature, enjoy cooking, live and eat healthily, and hardly eat meat. If appropriate, we also like to cook for others. We have the following shared spaces: a large living/dining room with a winter garden and tiled stove, a large office, a guest room with a bed, a laundry room with washing machine/tumbler, a cellar with a craft room and additional storage space, a bathroom/toilet upstairs (see photo), a shower/toilet downstairs, a terrace with breathtaking views of the hills, and a small storage room upstairs. Dani manages a large community vegetable garden with a few vegetable subscriptions a few hundred meters below in the village - those who help out occasionally (even irregularly) can help themselves to vegetables there in winter and summer. Tina works part-time in a nursing home and works irregularly, Dani works 3 days a week in a bike shop but is only temporarily in the shared apartment. He usually comes on Tuesday evenings and leaves again on Thursday afternoons and is partly in the shared apartment over the weekend. 1 room is for rent, the room is about 15 square meters, south-facing, beautiful (wooden beams in the room), very bright and located on the upper floor of the maisonette apartment. The large window faces south, a smaller window faces west. It has a large, 4-door built-in wardrobe. The apartment includes a parking space right in front of the house, which can be rented with the room. The beautiful, spacious (approx. 200 square meters) 6 1/2 room maisonette apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors in a very quiet, central location; it has a nice view of the greenery towards the Jura. The rent is proportionally divided among the various parties, and the additional costs are paid in advance and precisely settled in May. Electricity/Internet/community antenna (TV) is billed separately (approx. 47.-/month). We are very well equipped with kitchen appliances of all kinds, which can be used, including a grain mill/flaker, dough kneader, piston espresso machine, manual coffee grinder, and much more. Rünenberg is located at an altitude of 600 meters, has a lot of and very long sunshine, the house is very quiet and central: 100m to the school and the village shop, 100 meters to the playground, 300 meters to the bus stop. The bus runs 1-2 times an hour until 24:00, less on Sundays. The neighboring village Gelterkinden is 5 km away and has a train station, organic shop, pharmacy, hardware store, supermarkets, and much more.
