We are three women (29, 32, 37 years old) plus our little shared apartment dog (Pomeranian, 10 years old), who are allowed to move into our new apartment from July 1, 2025. (Only then can the apartment be viewed!) Since I (Ronja) will be going on a 6-month trip again in October, I am looking for a temporary tenant for this time.

What to expect: Two very social, communicative, uncomplicated, and warm-hearted roommates who appreciate a tidy home. You will live in a light-flooded feel-good apartment with an 80sqm roof terrace, fireplace, and everything else you need! Your room has a floor-to-ceiling window and will be fully furnished and cleared for your belongings, so you can settle in and feel at home when you move in.
You should like dogs, as Milo, our shared apartment dog, will surely seek contact at times. A parking space in the heated underground garage can be rented, and there is also an elevator. Shopping facilities, as well as a fitness center, gas station, and highway access are within walking distance.
The center of Baden can be reached in a 35-minute walk, and public transport connections are excellent.
