I am looking for a new tenant who wants to live with me in my wonderful apartment with a huge roof terrace (110sqm) and fabulous views over Lake Zurich. I am Phillip (33) and I travel a lot for work and am not home that often. The room is 13 sqm (1'430 SFr.) and completely furnished and available from 1st of July 2023. The flat offers a variety of amenities as you can see in the pictures. Sonos system in literally every room, gigabit internet, two toilets but only one shower, fully equipped kitchen including freezer and a really huge fridge, Thermomix, espresso maker, as well as a roof terrace (110 sqm) which will blow your mind. Also, there is a sauna in the house which we frequently use after stressful days at work or after a day skiing, hiking or cycling. Sadly we cannot offer a parking spot for your car but public parking is available around the corner (approx. 100m). Taxes in Schindellegi are one of the lowest in Switzerland and anything you need can be found nearby.
