From June 1st, 2025, a bright and spacious room will become available in our cozy 2-person shared apartment! You would live with a friendly 26-year-old roommate.
The apartment is located at Obergütschrain 5 – an idyllic, quiet neighborhood with lots of nature right on the doorstep. The Sonnenberg is only a 10-minute walk away, and you can reach Lucerne's city center in just 10 minutes by bus. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) and features a modern kitchen and a freshly renovated bathroom (2020). The living room is inviting and offers access to the sunny balcony – perfect for an after-work drink!
Additionally, there is plenty of storage space thanks to a private cellar compartment, as well as a drying room and bicycle storage.
We are looking for a quiet and considerate person between the ages of 20 and 35 who values relaxed and respectful cohabitation.
