I am looking for a subtenant for my room in a three-person shared apartment from August to the end of December 2025. I live with two roommates in a large, bright and modern 4.5-room apartment in Horgen. My roommates are Mia (21) and Laura (27). Mia works as a childcare provider at the Montessori school in Zug. Laura works as a junior doctor in Lachen. We maintain a very considerate relationship with each other.
You would move into a furnished 15m2 room and have your own bathroom. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. The apartment also has a spacious balcony.
It is an eight-minute walk from Horgen train station. The S-Bahn train takes 20 minutes to Zurich HB. There are various shopping facilities within walking distance of the apartment and the lake is also only a five-minute walk from the apartment. There is a beautiful meadow where you can enjoy a sunny day.
The room would cost you 1100 CHF per month.
