Looking for a cozy home for a limited time? In our beautiful 3-room shared apartment, a furnished room will be available from 09/01/2025 to 09/01/2026 for a 1-year sublet.

About the apartment: The apartment is fully equipped - kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with your new roommate. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxed and ideal for studying, working or relaxing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, mixer, microwave, plunger coffee machine and everything else a hearty hobby cook needs.

The washing machine is located in the basement and is used with the other tenants of the apartment building.

Your future room: The room is bright, friendly and fully furnished (including double bed (1.60m), mattress, adjustable desk, chest of drawers, shelf, clothes rack, mirror, floor lamp...). Perfect to get started right away - whether for studying, working or simply arriving.

About the shared apartment: We are two befriended medical students from the University of Basel (m/m), who appreciate a structured everyday life, mutual consideration and occasionally a shared coffee or shared apartment evening. A pleasant and respectful shared apartment atmosphere is important to us. Cleanliness is important to us and so that everyone feels comfortable in the apartment, we hope that you will also contribute to this.

Location: The apartment is super centrally located - just a few minutes' walk from the university and the university hospital. (University hospital, ETH Basel, Medicine, Pharma, Biozentrum, Biomedicine, University library, approx. 10-15min walk). The SBB train station is only 8 minutes away by line 50.

Public transport (bus lines 50 & 36), shopping facilities (Denner + Migros Partner), bakery, pharmacy and everything you need can be found in the immediate vicinity.
