Welcome to our new home!

We, Yannick (22) and Léonie (21), are looking for roommates for our quiet and spacious house (plot size: 993 m², living space: 195 m²).

The House
On the ground floor you will find a semi-open kitchen with a cozy seating area. From the entrance area and the kitchen you can reach the large living room, which offers direct access to the garden and the garden seating area - perfect for relaxing hours outdoors.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor and the basement. The basement offers a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as an additional room, which offers plenty of storage space.

The Rooms
On the first floor there are a total of five rooms (two of which are used by us). Here are the details of the available rooms:

1. Room 1: 23.62 m² - The largest room in the shared apartment. The bathroom is separate and is shared with another person from the shared apartment.
   Rent: 730,-

2. Room 2: 17.55 m² - This room has its own bathroom (6.04 m²). It also leads directly to a shared balcony, which you share with another person from the shared apartment.
   Rent: 730,-

3. Room 3: 15.9 m² - This room also leads to a balcony, which you share with another person from the shared apartment. The room also has a large and spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is separate and is shared with another person from the shared apartment.
   Rent: 630,-

Further Information
We are moving into the house in August. We will furnish and decorate the common rooms by the end of June, so that you can feel comfortable soon. The rooms are rented unfurnished.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for reliable, uncomplicated and respectful roommates who appreciate cleanliness. Communal activities are not a must, but we value a respectful and relaxed coexistence.

Parking possibilities
With a resident parking permit (48.- per year) you can easily park directly in front of the house.

Location
The house is located in a quiet area, directly on the Allschwiler Wald. Basel-Stadt is also not far away. With bus line 34 you are in the city in just a few minutes. Bus line 61 also stops very close by.
