There is the possibility to park in the underground garage for CHF 140.-.
CHF 50.- per month for bi-monthly cleaning of the common areas, bathroom, kitchen, living room.

Deposit of CHF 1000.- I have taken out First Caution insurance for 80.

The building is located in a sunny location in close proximity to the SBB train station, supermarkets, banks, post office, and pharmacy.
