Single room for rent - 3629 Oppligen

We are looking for a new roommate for our sun-drenched 5.5 room shared apartment in Oppligen for subletting.

The room is 11m² large and has direct morning and evening sun. From December 1st, another room with 14m² will also be available. Both feature a beautiful parquet floor with underfloor heating and a large window (two in the larger room), which is equipped with an insect screen and electric blinds.

The apartment has two bathrooms (bath & shower) with its own washing machine/dryer. The sun-drenched living area, the spacious kitchen, and the balcony are oriented to the south, allowing you to enjoy the sun during the day through the panoramic windows in the living room.

The apartment also includes a cellar and a bike shed/workshop. Parking spaces (open and covered) can be rented at the house. Solar panels are located on the roof, keeping electricity costs low.

All tenants of the house also share a covered outdoor seating area with a lawn.

The rent is 578.- including utilities and internet. Move-in from September 1, 2025.

Who are we?

Mike, 31 (he/him): In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, spending time in nature on my bike or on foot. I am passionate about various games and board games.

Jori, 26 (they/he): I like to be creative and spend a lot of time in nature, whether it's by a campfire or in one of the nearby waters. Additionally, I enjoy reading and am always up for a good series/movie or a game round.

Sina, 32 (she/her): I am a big fan of traveling, food-saving, and the cooking that follows. In winter, I go back to Portugal. Until the end of November, I occupy the larger room (14m²), which can be taken over afterwards.

We would describe ourselves as communicative and social people who also appreciate their own space. Community living is important to us, where you can also cook together or do something together.

Pets are possible by arrangement, and weekly residents are welcome!
