Single room for rent - 6005 Luzern, Imfangstrasse 34

I am looking for a roommate for a new 3-person shared flat in Schönbühl. Are you looking for a new home where we can eat dinner and chat together more often? Maybe even go sunbathing by the lake or have a drink together. So more togetherness instead of just practicality - then get in touch 🫶 I wish for a cozy home where other people are welcome, but where everyone also has their own space.

My name is Tabea (26, she) and I work part-time in a second-hand shop. I like to do yoga, go bouldering, cook vegan, I'm creative (currently working on a project), meet with friends or go out sometimes. I like to laugh, I'm rather sensitive and you can put me in the 'Alternative - Hippie Box' if you want ✌️ Soya, my one-year-old outdoor cat, is with me. She is currently in her teenage phase and is out and about a lot, but still enjoys a lot of attention. 🐱

Jael (25, she) will move into the apartment at the beginning of May. She is fond of travelling, open-minded, likes to go to the gym and is currently studying Social Work. Her two guinea pigs GIGI & JJ will come with her. 🐹 So we'll soon have a small zoo ;) She will also bring some furniture and plants. 🪴

I moved in on April 13th and am renting out one of the other two rooms from the beginning of May (immediately or at the latest from June). The apartment doesn't have many furniture yet and we can furnish it together. A few things are from the old shared flat. Like my piano, which you can of course also play. (Arrives at the apartment at the end of April) 🎹

• the free room 1 (10.5m²)
• cute living room, balcony with evening sun, small kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub
• mini cellar compartment, laundry room (one machine and one dryer)
• nearby: shopping center, lake, forest, city life

I am looking for people who:

• are of a similar age
• like to eat vegi or vegan 🌱
• don't have a cat allergy ;)
• can handle a cleaning schedule
