Private Student Room for Sublet – July 2025 (Winterthur)

Requirements:
You must be a student or an intern working at the university

I'm offering my private room in a student dormitory for sublet for 1 month, from July 1st to July 31st, 2025. The contract can be taken over afterwards with coordination with the rental agency.

Room Features:

• Kitchen shared with the floor
• Quiet, student-friendly environment

The building has 105 rooms (approximately 20 rooms per floor) for students. It offers affordable accommodation, ideal for living and working.

The rooms are equipped with a 90x200cm bed and mattress, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a private fridge, and a separate sink. Two students always share a bathroom (shower/toilet). Access to the bathroom is possible from both rooms and the door can be locked. The dorm has 3 kitchens, each with 5 fully equipped cooking stations.

Every room has 1 Gbps internet connection, although you have to bring your own router and/or internet cable.

The prices include additional costs for caretaker, electricity, internet access, heating, water, and garbage. Room cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner and similar are provided by the dorm for shared use.

There are 4 washing machines, 4 laundry dryers and an additional hot air circulation room to share.
