Single room for rent - 3018 Bern

The room is approximately 13.5 m2 large and unfurnished (possibly furnished upon agreement). It faces west, so it gets evening sun.
The room is located in a 3-room attic apartment (approximately 70 m2). We have a living room and also a small balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a beautiful view - there is no elevator!
Additionally, a cellar compartment and an attic are available for shared use.
The net rent is 555.- CHF per month and the additional costs are 150.- CHF (so far there has been money back after the billing) in advance. The gross rent for the room is thus 705.- CHF per month.

Your roommate:
I (m, 32) am employed (regular working hours) and usually at home after work. Sometimes I also do sports (biking, jogging, or swimming) after work.

I am looking for a roommate (please only non-smokers) approximately my age (around 25 - 50 years), who occasionally likes to do something together (e.g. eat together, sports, etc.) - but this is not a must.
