I offer a furnished room of approx. 20 sqm with street-facing orientation in a 3.5-room apartment. I currently have two apartment cats (British Shorthair) that live in the apartment full-time. I am currently preparing for the bar exam and work part-time in the restaurant industry, so I am rarely at home.

I am looking for someone who likes to keep things tidy and doesn't mind cat hair.

The flat-rate rent of CHF 900.- includes electricity, television fees, internet, household contents insurance, liability insurance and additional costs. A garage space can be rented for an additional CHF 150.00 per month. The apartment has built-in wardrobes, one of which (approx. 1.20 meters by 2.30 meters) is available. The kitchen is fully equipped. Furthermore, the apartment has a spacious entrance area, a large living room and a balcony with a grill (and cat toilet).
