Single room for rent - 3018 Bern, Mühledorfstrasse 2

From 01.05.2025 a room (11.9 m², room 3, see floor plan) in our 4-person shared apartment in Bümpliz, Mühledorfstrasse 2, will be available. We are Lara (21), studying law in her first year, and Anja (21), who works in Bern. Lara comes from St. Gallen, Anja from Zurich. We are looking for an uncomplicated roommate who also appreciates cooking together or watching movies in the shared apartment. We would prefer someone around our age (19-30) and someone who would stay with us for a longer period.
Regarding the location: approx. 4 min walk from Bümpliz Nord train station (also 2 min if you're in a hurry XD). Shopping facilities are very convenient: Migros approx. 300m away, 2 large Coop approx. 600m/800m away, Rüedu & Voi at the station, Westside approx. 5 min by bike. The Weyermannshausbad is approx. 5 min by bike (very convenient for swimmers). University buildings are approx. 12-15 min by bike or 20 min by public transport.
Some more information: the laundry room is large and modern, it has 5 washing machines/tumblers and is very well organized. We have a roof terrace on the 7th floor, which is available to us. Furthermore, we have a cellar and a large, shared bicycle storage room in the garage. Generally speaking, the building and the surroundings are quiet.
