A semi-furnished room is available in a recently renovated apartment on the 7th floor (with elevator) in Zurich Kreis 9, near Triemlispital and surrounded by a park. The area is residential and quiet, but well connected. Tram line 14 brings you to Zurich HB in about 20 minutes. Grocery stores like Coop, Denner, and Migros are all within a 10-minute walk. The Uetliberg is also close by for weekend hikes and time in nature.

The apartment has 100 sqm of indoor space and a 57 sqm private terrace, plus a winter garden that can be used all year round. There is also extra storage space that comes with the apartment.
The room for rent is around 10 sqm and semi-furnished. In addition, the new tenant will have a second private room to use as a studio, office, or for storage, offering more space and flexibility than a typical room rental.
There are two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment, and there is also access to shared laundry facilities in the building. The apartment was recently renovated and all fixed appliances and electronics are in very good condition.

You will be sharing the flat with two male tenants, aged 28 and 30, one Italian and one Italian-Argentinian. They speak Italian, Spanish, English, and German.

The room is available from the end of May or beginning of June. The minimum rental period is three months, with the possibility to extend by agreement with the current tenants.
Electricity, internet, and the broadcasting fee (Serafe) are not included in the rent.

A one-month rent deposit is required.
