In a family apartment that will be mostly empty in July, a room is available for rent during the summer period, from July to August (flexible dates). The apartment is spacious, fully furnished, well located, and for non-smokers only. In August, I will be living in the apartment myself — I'm a 43-year-old architect — so the space will be shared for about half the rental period.
