Room
From now on (for 3 to max. 6 months) we rent a furnished room with 14.1 m². It is equipped with a large (half usable) wardrobe, sideboard, table, chairs and an Intex Comfort-Plush airbed (150×200 cm). Parquet floor with underfloor heating, lots of sunlight and a view of green space, balcony and occasionally neighbours' cats. Please bring your own bedding – if necessary, we will provide it.

Location
The apartment is located in Zurich's city district 9, with good public transport connections (tram 2/3, bus 33, 83, 89). The main station is about 20 minutes away, Hardbrücke station about 10. There are plenty of shopping facilities, two nearby petrol stations ensure supply even outside shop opening hours. For active people, there is a climbing hall, fitness studios and the beautiful Letzigraben outdoor swimming pool.

Special feature of the building:
a butler service ("James"), who receives parcels, for example. There is also a drying room, a bicycle room and convenient disposal facilities for waste, cardboard and paper. The green waste disposal is also quickly accessible.

Shared flat life
We want a relaxed, respectful coexistence. Interest in each other, small conversations in between – yes, gladly! We are not a party hotspot, but also not a silent monastery shared flat – consultation and consideration are taken for granted.

Open communication, reliability, cleanliness and a good portion of self-responsibility are important to us. A cleaning lady can clean your room and bathroom every two weeks (not included in the price). We will get cleaning agents, rubbish bags, toilet paper etc. together and share the costs. Shared time is welcome, but retreats are just as important to us.

The apartment is high-quality furnished – including TV, Sonos system, Hue lighting system, fully equipped kitchen and WLAN. We like animals, but due to an animal hair allergy, we don't have any. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

About us
Lukas (40): cis, queer, freelance graphic designer, organised, humorous, with a fondness for music, cooking and swimming – and not entirely without self-irony.
Sebastian (37): cis, queer, interior designer, originally from Northern Germany. Active in the gym, relaxed when wellnessing and passionate connoisseur when it comes to food.
