We are subletting a furnished room in our 4-room apartment.
The apartment (with balcony) is located in Versoix, it is very well served by buses (5 minutes from the stop) and the train (5 minutes to the station).

The room is bright, the rest of the apartment includes: a bedroom, a large furnished living room with balcony, a bathroom with bathtub, and a shared kitchen.
We have a roommate who is leaving at the end of March 2025.

The room is suitable for a student or a single person. The lease (CHF 1,050.-) includes all charges (electricity, internet, and other charges).
