Two bright rooms are available for rent on the ground floor of a renovated old mill in Grangettes-Près-Romont.
Everything is possible! Creative workshop, therapeutic office, classroom or apartment. Indeed, access to the kitchen is included in the rental and it is shared with Marie-Josée, a cheerful grandmother who welcomes her grandchildren some days of the week.
The toilets and the bathroom are separate and are located in the mill (toilet) and on the 2nd floor (shared bathroom with a family).

Life at the Mill:
It is a living space for all ages (10 months to 76 years!), where the communal areas allow for spontaneous meetings or to be quiet in your bubble.
In the garden: a trampoline, a summer kitchen, and a lovely river to cool off in the summer!
Under the roofs: an open space to move around that sometimes serves as a residence for dance or theater companies, and whose access is open to all residents. Creative proposals are welcome.
On the 1st: a shared workshop with equipment (mainly wood)

Practical info:
Transport: bus lines to Bulle and Romont, even on Sundays
Just over an hour to reach Lausanne or Fribourg

Rent: 600/month

Charges (electricity): 30.-/ month
If the space is not used as housing: no additional electricity costs
