I am leaving my room in a 2 1/2 apartment with two 17m2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and a small balcony. The apartment is close to the Parc de Pérolles and the Migros and Denner stores. The train station is 5 minutes away, and the universities of Pérolles and Miséricorde are a 10-minute walk.
The monthly rent is 675 CHF and the apartment is available from June. You will be living with a student.
For a negotiable amount, I will leave all the furniture.
