Single room for rent - 1110 Morges, Rue De Couvaloup 15

I am renting out my room in a great shared apartment with 6 other people in the center of Morges. The roommates are between 20 and 34 years old and most of them are students.
The apartment is 5 minutes from Lausanne train station and 2 minutes from the bus to EPFL-UNIL (702 - 20 minutes journey).

The room overlooks a small, quiet street. The apartment is large, with two kitchens, two bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, and has all the necessary appliances in the building.

The room is partially furnished - double bed + desk + wardrobe included.

The rent includes charges, wifi, serafe, ECA.

We are looking for a man (to guarantee gender parity) who wants to live with us and share convivial moments and who wants to make this shared apartment his "home". Given the linguistic abilities of the remaining roommates in the apartment, we are looking for someone who understands (and speaks) French, if possible.

The room is available immediately, so as soon as the visit is "validated" by the current roommates.

The selected person must be ready to enter the lease (a complete file will be requested from the selected person) - the requested deposit is 1800.- (returned when you leave the apartment).
