Single room for rent - 6005 Luzern, Hochrütiring 15

We are Janine (33) and Andreas (40) and a room is becoming free in our 3-person shared apartment.

Attention: A building permit application for the building's renovation is in progress, therefore the rental agreement could be terminated in the next few months. We don't know when this will happen.

In addition to the actual room, the guest room would be available to you as an office, for example.

About us:
Janine studies environmental engineering. She likes to joke and laugh when she's not flitting around on a piece of sports equipment or hanging on a climbing wall. She also likes to sleep, preferably on sofas.

Andreas works as a Data Engineer and also likes to crack a joke, often it's just a dad joke. He enjoys playing (beach) volleyball and sings in a choir.

The house is located on the Biregghügel and is easily accessible by bus 4 or 7. A small Coop supermarket is right next door and at night you only hear the crickets.

The apartment is a spacious maisonette apartment with a small gallery in the living room and a large separate kitchen.

We are looking forward to a tidy and conscientious person who wants to share this home with us. :)
