As I'm moving into my own apartment after my studies, I'm looking for a subtenant for my shared room directly at Wetzikon train station starting September 1st. The 4 ½-room apartment is large (131 m2), modern and new. In a few steps you are directly at the platform. Although the apartment is located directly at the train station, you hardly hear the train traffic thanks to the good insulation.
The room is 16.7 m2 large and washing machine & dryer are located in the apartment.
You will share the apartment with Niki 23, physiotherapist and Cedi 29. Both are easy-going, considerate and uncomplicated.
The rent for the room is 830 CHF including utilities (internet, TV), plus 60 CHF (shared apartment account for general purchases, electricity/water, insurance).
A parking space in the underground car park can be rented for an additional CHF 145.00.
