Common areas with furniture (equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom) as well as terrace and garden are available.

Rental period of 12 months, not extendable.

One month rent is required as a deposit.

Possibility to rent for a shorter duration (minimum one month) for 1,500 CHF per month (including utilities)
