=> wifi, taxes (SERAFE, ECA)
=> Homemade soaps and detergents with 24/7 laundry room
=> 4 organic-vegetarian meals in a buffet each month, prepared by a cook (choice among 8 dates per month)
CHF 100.- for part of your monthly food:
=> 24/7 grocery store for residents with basic products (spices, flours, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer, as well as vegetables from the permaculture vegetable garden
Collective contribution request: 12h/month (8h from the 2nd year).
Stewardship type contribution for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning common areas, as needed.

This is a cooperative housing co-ownership, without real estate speculation. Rents are at cost price.
All tenants are therefore also co-owners; they must invest funds in social shares (returned at the end of their lease), the amount depends on the m2 of their private accommodation. If you do not have any assets, you can use your 2nd pillar or mandate us to find the funds for you.
