Net rent: CHF 600.-

• CHF 160.- Standard additional charges (water, electricity, heating)
• CHF 150.-/month paid by each resident for the following cohabitation services:
  => Common areas: 200m2 (cafeteria, multipurpose room, laundry, gardens, lounges...) shared with 20 other eco-residents each having their private accommodation
  => wifi, taxes (SERAFE, ECA)
  => Homemade soaps and laundry with 24/7 laundry
  => 4 organic-vegetarian meals in a buffet per month, prepared by a cook (choice among 8 dates per month)
• CHF 100.- for part of your monthly food:
  => Grocery 24/7 for residents with basic products (spices, flours, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer, as well as vegetables from the permaculture garden
• Request for contribution to the collective: 12h/month (8h from the 2nd year).
  Contribution of the type of management for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning common areas, according to needs.
  (Or, if no time contribution, CHF 160.- /month)

It is a cooperative housing co-ownership, without real estate speculation. Rents are at cost price.

All tenants are therefore also co-owners; they must invest funds in shares (returned at the end of their lease), the amount depends on the m2 of their private accommodation. If you do not have assets, you can take your 2nd pillar or mandate us to find the funds for you.
