We rent a large, furnished room with a shared bathroom and kitchen as a serviced apartment. The room is rented to a single person only. It is located in the attic of a three-story apartment building on a slope. The owner couple and other tenants live in the same property.

The house is located in a quiet and cozy outer district of Unterstammheim below the vineyards. The Stammer forest and the Stammerberg with beautiful hiking and walking trails can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

A quiet, tidy person is sought for good cohabitation (non-smoking room, smoking only allowed on the balcony). Female tenants preferred. The bathroom and kitchen with balcony are shared by the three tenants of the attic and are located on the same floor.

The room is large (approx. 17m2), has a sloping roof and is furnished like a studio with the following amenities: 1.4m bed incl. bedding, wardrobe, table and chairs, 2-seater sofa, shelf, TV (SAT), terry towels, internet (WLAN).

The entire living area and the room are equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating.

You will find the following amenities:

• Fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishes, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient storage space, dining table and large, sunny balcony (replaced in 2024) with beautiful valley view to the south incl. garden furniture and sun protection
• Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, large washbasin, hairdryer and sufficient storage space
• Fully equipped cleaning cupboard, ironing board
• Modern washing machine and dryer on the ground floor
• Wardrobe with storage space in the entrance area on the ground floor
• Seating area with garden furniture in the beautiful garden with pond for shared use with the other tenants

Everything necessary for living is already available.

Utilities are included in the rent: electricity, heating, water & sewage, basic waste disposal fee, internet (WLAN), TV (SAT). An outdoor parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rent.

The following regular cleaning is included in the rent: room cleaning and change of bed linen, cleaning of communal areas (kitchen, bathroom).

Liability insurance and an extract from the debt enforcement register, as well as a security deposit of CHF 1400.- are required. Please bring the extract from the debt enforcement register and the liability insurance policy to the viewing appointment.

Since the house is very resonant, special consideration should be given to the other residents. Keeping pets is not allowed.

From Stammheim train station there are half-hourly train connections towards Winterthur / Zurich. Travel time to Zurich by car approx. 45 minutes, to Winterthur & Schaffhausen approx. 30 minutes to Frauenfeld approx. 15 minutes.
