The bathroom and toilet are right next to the rooms.

The rooms are located on the 2nd floor (lift access) in my 2-storey 5 1/2 room penthouse apartment 174m2 with shared kitchen and large shared living room. Each floor has a separate bathroom. Laundry room available. TV, WLAN, Netflix, available. We have a visitor parking space and a bicycle room. The apartment is located very centrally in Beromünster on the edge of the green zone. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

I am retired 67 and live alone in the large apartment. Since my children have moved out, the beautiful rooms are empty. I am often away traveling and do a lot of sports. I am open, sociable, uncomplicated and spontaneous. But I also appreciate the peace and quiet and respect the privacy of each roommate. Discretion, honesty and cleanliness are a matter of course for me.
