We live in 2 houses with a total area of 500m2. 200m2 are private, consisting of 6 bedrooms with bathrooms, the large ones are 40m2, the small ones are 20m2. The rest of the area (300m2) is common: kitchens, living rooms, workshop, guest rooms, as well as the garden.
The room (photos 2 and 3) that we are renting is 20m2 including the bathroom. 70m2 is calculated with 1/6 of the shared spaces.
We share the spaces with kindness and respect.
