Outdoor parking space for rent - Sundgauerstrasse 70, 4106 Therwil

We are renting out various parking spaces immediately or by arrangement for a monthly net rent of CHF 140.00 (for external tenants plus 8.1% VAT).

We are also planning the installation of E-parking spaces in our parking garage at Sundgauerstrasse 70-78 in Therwil, under the following conditions:

- Net rent monthly CHF 175.00

- for external tenants, the rent is plus 8.1% VAT

- the electricity costs will be billed separately

The first month is rent-free.
