The residential complex Hillside has 15 single-family and row houses as well as a corresponding parking garage. The houses and the parking garage were completed at the end of 2023.

The parking garage can be accessed via the door at the gate or through the separate pedestrian entrance. All parking spaces can be supplemented with a charging station.
