The Hillside residential development consists of 15 single-family and row houses, as well as a corresponding parking garage. The houses and the parking garage were completed at the end of 2023.

The parking garage can be accessed and exited via the door at the gate or through the separate pedestrian entrance. All parking spaces can be equipped with a charging station.
