From October 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are renting a hobby room in the basement of a multi-family house.

The room has a sturdy concrete floor and a window, making it ideal for crafting, hobbies, or storage.

Please note that the room can only be used for quiet activities. Use as a music room or for other noise-intensive activities is not possible.
