Storage room/craft room

We are renting a storage room/craft room in the basement of a multi-family house in a separate and lockable room with 27m2. The room has neither a water connection nor access to a toilet.

There are only a few visitor parking spaces available (no long-term parking). The room is not heated, which means there is a higher humidity than in a living space. This means that if fabrics, books, or pictures are stored, the tenant must ensure the appropriate humidity (ventilation/dehumidifying device). Note: The insurance of the inventory is always the responsibility of the tenant or the owner (of the inventory).

Electricity at the tenant's expense (own meter) no further additional costs.
