Storage room/hobby room

We rent out a storage room/hobby room in the basement of a multi-family house in a separate and lockable room with 32m2.

The room has neither a water connection nor access to a toilet. There are only a few visitor parking spaces available, which are only irregularly available for 2-3 hours. The room is not heated, which is why there is higher humidity than in a living room. I.e. If fabrics, books, pictures are stored, the tenant must ensure the appropriate humidity (ventilation/dehumidification device). Note: The insurance of the inventory is always the responsibility of the owner (of the inventory). Electricity at the expense of the tenant (own meter)
